This beautiful home sleeps eight, has its own private entrance, includes parking, and is only three blocks from the Capitol Building. We’re big fans of the high ceilings, amazing views, original hardwood floors and cozy (and somewhat eclectic) decor.

And with 2700 square feet, spread out over three huge floors, there’s plenty of space for everyone. There is also a park right across the street and reviews state that the owners are friendly and quick to respond.

Charming Flat near the Capitol

This recently renovated 1890 Victorian townhouse is in the heart of Capitol Hill and oozes charm. The flat can sleep up to two adults and comes with its own entrance and a full kitchen.

A parking permit is available for guests with a car. While there’s so much to explore in D.C., you’ll be happy to cozy up in this sweet hideaway in your down time.

Light Filled Family Flat

Natural light abounds in this spacious townhouse. The colorful decor looks like it belongs in a 2020 sitcom while the furniture is both comfortable and inviting. For those traveling with children, the flat comes equipped with a king bed for the parents and bunk beds for the kiddos.

This is an end unit with plenty of light and windows. The property is located in front of Stanton Park and walking distance to the DC Metro, the National Mall and restaurants.
