The weather outside may be frightful, but the kids still want to see Santa Claus Washington DC.
Whether it’s a Christmas party or a festive holiday celebration, Santa Claus sightings are a cherished part of the holiday season.
Every year we pack the kids into their jackets and gloves, load them into the car, drive in the snow, and spend an aggravating amount of time looking for parking, all so we can stand in line for nearly an hour and pay out the pocket for the kids to sit on Santa’s lap for a few minutes and take pictures.
And as awful as I make it seem, I do it every year without fail because is it the holidays if you don’t? From magical holiday activities to iconic Santa Claus photo ops, these moments define the season.
And no matter what you say, you know that you’re going to visit one of the DC Santa Clauses this year too – it’s just a matter of when and where!
Lucky for you, we are breaking down where the best places to take pictures with Santa Claus Washington DC, plus everywhere you can find Santa Claus in DC this holiday season, including options perfect for your next holiday party. We’ll even highlight Santa Claus stops in Maryland and Virginia just over the District line.
And if you are looking for a Black Santa Claus– we’ve got that covered too.
